Here are some tips on how to train your robot efficiently.

1. Focus on your business
Do NOT try to customize the personal data about the robot, e.g.

• Name
• Gender
• Age

It's not necessary and doesn't help you get more clients.

2. Use simple short sentences
There are a couple of reasons you should use simple languages to train your robot.

• Web users intend to use simple and short languages when chatting online.
• The robot learns better when you train her with simple languages.

This doesn't mean the robot cannot answer questions in long or compound sentences. She can as long as she has learned the relevant knowledge.

3. No need to repeat questions that mean the same
For example, the following questions obviously mean the same.

• Who designed this website?
• Who is the designer of this website?

You only need to train the robot with any one of them.

NOTE: This is learning by analogy. The time it requires ranges from several seconds to a few hours. So be patient please.
