Pushing page
Pushing page means loading a web page to the visitor's browser, without requiring his/her click. For example, when a visitor asks about the pricing, it's a good idea to display the pricing page while giving a direct answer to the specific question. Rather than requesting the visitor to click a link, the robot can direct show the page to the visitor.
Reducing such a click can often increase the website conversion rate by 10%, 20% or even more. That's why you should use this feature.
To push a web page while giving a reply,
- Log into http://acobot.com.
- Hover the message for which you want to push a page.
- Click icon
and enter a URL.
That's all. You can then test how it works by chatting with your robot.
